Love the calculator. Very quick and easy to use. The only thing I’m confused about is it says it will take 87 days to lose just 7lbs?? Unless I go drastic which means I’m at 900 calories. Should I go to the 900?
I want to aim for .5 to a lb a week. It would be good to change the days. Surely 4 months is a long time to lose 1/2 stone or are my expectations too high??

The “Days to reach your goal” and the “Target date” are just rough estimates (purely based on math) and the result can vary from individual to individual based on several factors such as age, activity factors, whether an individual is metabolically adapted or not, etc.
But the majority can rest assured as they will most likely see promising results within the above time frame. 🙂
